Endobloc 10 Tablet is a prescription medicine used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (high pressure in the blood vessels that carry blood from the heart to the lungs). Endobloc 10 Tablet may be taken with or without food but, it is better to take it in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. In case, you have missed any dose than it is better to take another one as soon as you remember it. Dizziness may occur as its side effect, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus.
