Return Policy

MediPriceHub is primarily a reference and price information platform. It does not process orders or returns through this website. Any return, cancellation or refund request must be handled by the seller named on the relevant invoice or order confirmation.

Source seller policy

For information originally supplied by Onco Health Mart, its published policy identifies issues such as an incorrect product, near-expiry product or damage in transit as matters that may be reviewed. Medicines should remain unopened and in the original manufacturer packaging where a seller requires a return.

Important checks

• Do not accept a delivery with a tampered seal.
• Keep the invoice, batch number and original packaging.
• Wrong ordering, a change in prescription or partially consumed products may not qualify for return.
• Contact the seller promptly when an order appears damaged, incorrect or near expiry.

Cancellation

Cancellation rules, dispatch status and refund timing are controlled by the seller and the applicable order terms. MediPriceHub cannot approve, promise or process a refund.
